Masha Sleepwear Refund & Exchange Policy

Masha Sleepwear offers a 15-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1️⃣ Access Your Order History

  • Log in to your account: Click Here
  • Navigate to ‘Order History’ under ‘My Purchases’

2️⃣ Submit Return/Exchange Request

  • Click the ‘Return’ link next to the relevant order
  • Select the reason for return
  • Choose your preferred refund method
  • Confirm the request

3️⃣ Processing Your Return

  • Once submitted, Masha Sleepwear will prioritize processing your request.

Important Considerations

🛑 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
✔️ Briefs, panties, shapewear panties
✔️ Opened multi-piece sets containing panties

📅 Return Window
✔️ Return or exchange requests must be made within 15 days of delivery.
✔️ After 15 days, the return option will be disabled in your account.

📦 Order Status
✔️ Returns can be requested only after the order is marked ‘Delivered’ by the courier.
✔️ This may take up to 24 hours post-delivery.
✔️ If the return option is unavailable after 24 hours, contact us at hello@mashasleepwear.com.

Return Process

✅ Prepare the Items
✔️ Ensure the merchandise is unworn, unwashed, and retains all original tags.
✔️ Place the items in their original packaging.

📦 Secure Packaging
✔️ Use bubble wrap to protect the items.
✔️ Enclose the original invoice inside the package.

⚠️ Condition of Items
Returns will not be processed if:
❌ Items are used, damaged, or missing tags
❌ Any accompanying gift items are missing

Refunds & Cancellations

💰 Refund Processing
✔️ Refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours of pickup (excluding Sundays).
✔️ It may take up to 48 hours for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

💵 Cash On Delivery (COD) Refunds
✔️ Refunds will be sent directly to your provided UPI ID.

💳 Prepaid Order Refunds
✔️ Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

❌ Order Cancellations
✔️ If an order is canceled before shipping, the full amount, including shipping charges, will be refunded.
